Photog Helper

I had a little helper named Rustin.... He helped me take this picture of myself. Probably the only one we will be seeing for awhile... But i do Love how the ones that we have taken have turned out.

Piggy Back Rides!

Rustin has learned how to give piggy back rides and begs Ryler to let him give them to him.... It's so cute and they love playing together. Ryler of course usually lets him and they trot around the house like this. Rustin wanted me to capture this on camera and actually told me to grab my camera! ;) Love my boys!

Our Baby Sister

Here are a few good pictures we got of our little girly that is coming in June. We are so excited to be getting a sister. We still have a big ? mark on what her name will be, but we have plenty of favorites to choose from.

I got a new backdrop and so here we are playing around with it. I love it.... Probably my favorite one so far. And it helps that two of the boys I love are showing it off!

Service Helper

In primary they are teaching service this year. The presidency has a Secret Service Helper. It was Rustin's turn to have the service helper. They are supposed to think of something they can do to help someone else. Then at primary they got to tell the rest of the kids what they did and hand a picture up in the primary room. Rustin decided that he wanted to wash the dishes for me. WoNDerFul! (I thought) He had a big list of things he wanted to do. He wanted to help Aunt Sid, Clean Grandma Vickies table off, help Nana set the table and clean the toy room and a few others. So far we have only done the dishes. Hopefully soon we will get the others checked off the list. I think this is a great way to help teach the primary kids service and the act of caring and showing love towards others. Sometimes I think we get caught up doing our own things and live in our own bubble that we don't take the time to do things for others like we should. I know that I am so thankful when others help me out and I'm sure its the same for those that we help.

I want to try to stay on top of this blogging thing... I was looking at my pictures and realized a whole month went by and I haven't posted a thing! So here you go...

CIRCUS

We went to the circus in Vernal and I'd have to say it was pretty fun. Randy and I haven't gone and neither had he boys... Rustin loved the Tigers and Ryler liked the motorcycles. I was a little bit of an airhead and forgot to take my camera... good thing for camera phones! At least we got a few.

All having so much fun just being together and doing something different.

Ryler gets the animals out I think pretty much every day and just plays with them for probably a good hour. He Loves just dumping the whole tote out...(not my favorite)

I love watching him feed the animals and just have fun with them.

Boys, boys, boys

This bunch of boys love playing together.... and they all love trains! After preschool on wednesday's they get to play. I was playing with Tasha's new camera and just snapped a couple of them playing.

Trip to the Fire Station

We went on a field trip with Rustin's preschool class. This month they are learning about people in the work place. Their wonderful preschool teachers planned this field trip to the fire station. They got to climb in the fire truck and put on the fireman coat. Of course Rustin tends to shy away and so he didn't want to do either. After the fire station we went to the library and they read a story about fireman. After that they watched a movie about what to do if you are in a fire. Rustin still sings the song that he learned from that movie.

Ryler had to take his scriptures inside with us.

Rustin is never happy about me taking pictures... haha! and he couldn't stand right by me....

Sherry is so wonderful with kids! I love this lady. They all had so much fun listening to her story.

Happy New Years!

Well, Its been a year since I've posted anything on our family blog. My goal is to try to at least post once a month about the things going on in our lives. Hope you enjoy.

We will start the year off with some pictures from our New Years Party. We went to Randy's sisters house this year. Of course we had lots of good food and lots of fun! We played games... mostly ones the kidos could play with us, and we watched a movie. It's always fun to spend time with family. I am 5 mo. pregnant and it was a little hard for me... I tend to get sick when I stay up. But with all the food I was able to keep a little in my belly to feed this little one and we did good. I hope you all enjoyed the holidays.... We sure did!

The Boys helped me make soup for the party.They both did a good job peeling the carrots.

Aunt Kristi pulled out a game of Twister and I must say it was fun to watch. They were all laughing and having a ball.

Kloee got "Pop the Pig" for Christmas and it was also another big hit. They played it all night long.

We also played Operation, Family Cranium, and Super Mario Brothers on the Wii.
